[Hiring] Senior Salesforce Developer @P3 Health Partners

Role Description

Manage and provide build and production support for all P3 Salesforce-based applications. This role will be pivotal in contributing to P3’s clinical applications strategy and growth of the organization. Responsibilities include:

• Working cross-functionally with end-users, managers, and technology teams to ensure projects align with business objectives and strategies.
• Providing new build and production support for all Salesforce applications.
• Building enhancements in the existing application based on user feedback.
• Working closely with product managers.
• Managing and mentoring junior and/or entry-level software developers.
• Ensuring applications’ stability and availability to users.
• Collaborating with QAs to ensure defects are addressed in a timely manner.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce features and functionalities.
• Assisting with administration needs when needed, such as resolving support tickets and user and license management.

Telecommuting allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in computer science or closely related field.
• 24 Months of Experience as a Salesforce Developer, CRM Developer, or closely related occupation.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified Developer.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Benefits

• 40 hours a week, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Salary: $137,093/Year.
