Role Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer (Power Apps Developer, Power Automate Developer) to join our team. As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will drive digital transformation across Parexel by designing and building innovative solutions that enhance collaboration, streamline operations, and support clinical research activities.

This position plays a key role in architecting enterprise solutions, optimizing business processes, and enabling teams to work more effectively through Microsoft 365 technologies. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, follow industry-standard development practices, and contribute to solution delivery from design through deployment and support.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
• Developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• Configuring SharePoint environments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
• Strong technical foundation in SharePoint administration, configuration, and customization.
• Proficiency in Power Query and data integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), MS SharePoint, and Power Query.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Computing) or a related field, or equivalent project-related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale solutions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Apps certification.
• Experience in the clinical research or life sciences industry.
• Experience with additional Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise integration patterns.
