Role Description

This is a remote position.

We are actively seeking a Senior Pega Developer with deep hands-on delivery experience to design and build scalable Pega solutions for our client in financial services. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who combines strong technical execution with disciplined engineering practices and collaboration with architects and delivery teams.

Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team, you will work remotely and:

• Design, develop, and enhance Pega applications aligned to business requirements, architectural standards, and security controls.
• Partner closely with architects, testers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are high-quality, compliant with guardrails, and ready for enterprise deployment.

Qualifications

• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required
• 7–10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Pega development
• Strong experience building Pega solutions using Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Connectors
• Solid understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and best practices
• Experience working in financial services or banking environments
• Broad technical exposure including Cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and Java
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams and working with architects on solution design

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development best practices
• Partner with solution architects to meet design, security, and integration standards
• Support application demonstrations, sprint reviews, and stakeholder walkthroughs
• Participate in test execution, defect resolution, and release support
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
