Role Description

The Application Developer is responsible for the remediation, enhancement, maintenance, and integration of the organization's Grant Management System (GMS) with Workday and related enterprise applications. This role will design, develop, test, and support Windows desktop applications, web services, data integrations, reports, and database components that support grant lifecycle management, financial compliance, budgeting, cost allocation, and reporting functions.

The Developer will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, database administrators, and Workday integration teams to modernize and maintain a mission-critical application environment. The position requires strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
• Five (5) years of professional software development experience.
• Three (3) years of experience developing applications using C# and .NET Framework.
• Three (3) years of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development experience.
• Experience building and supporting Windows desktop applications using WPF and/or WinForms.
• Experience with enterprise system integrations and web services.
• Experience developing and supporting SSRS reports and SSIS packages.
