Role Description

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and systems.
• Contribute to AI-focused solutions, such as centralized storage for language models.
• Participate in a structured on-call rotation to ensure system stability.
• Support the modernization and optimization of existing systems.
• The role involves working on both cutting-edge new developments (40%) and optimizing existing systems (50-60%).
• Backend tasks are 80% to 20% frontend.

On-Call Responsibilities

• Team members participate in a structured on-call rotation (typically once every few weeks).
• Responsibilities include monitoring and resolving critical issues and ensuring uninterrupted system performance.
• The team prioritizes building robust systems to minimize the need for urgent intervention.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Java-based solutions.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Added value: Experience with Python scripting and JS/React.

Recruitment Process
