Role Description

We're looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to build the app that helps millions of people take their attention back.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building iOS apps, with work you can show live in the App Store
• Deep Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit and Combine. Comfortable across the iOS toolchain
• An eye that catches the details other people ship past
• Your own workflows for working with AI, which you keep sharpening for yourself and your team
• Experience at an early-stage or fast-growing startup, where you owned more than your job title
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward resolving it yourself
• A view on what makes a feature succeed, not just what makes it work

Requirements

• Ship features and interactions end to end in the iOS app
• Bring your own ideas into the product, not just execute specs
• Design and analyse AB tests, and act on what the metrics say
• Improve our dev workflows, tooling and how the team works with AI
• Work directly with design and product in a flat, collaborative structure
• Support customers and stay close to what they're experiencing
