[Hiring] Senior iOS Developer @Poland and Middle-Eastern Europe

Role Description

You will be:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable native iOS applications using both Swift and Objective-C, with a strong emphasis on modern Swift-based development.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver features that align with user needs and business goals.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, optimize application efficiency, and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve development processes within the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in native iOS development, with a strong portfolio of published applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Proficiency in Swift and solid experience with Objective-C; experience with SwiftUI and Combine is a plus.
• Solid understanding of iOS frameworks, multithreading, RESTful APIs, memory management, and adaptive UI implementation (SnapKit/Masonry).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Requirements

• Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work (nice to have).
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches (nice to have).
