[Hiring] Senior Full Stack Developer @XTB

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (70% Java – 30% Angular) to join the Customer Care team and help build the ecosystem of applications supporting XTB's client service operations. You will design and develop both backend microservices and user interfaces — from solution design through to production deployment. The main focus is on the backend (Java), with meaningful contribution to the frontend layer (Angular).

About the Customer Care team

• Supports post-onboarding processes for new and existing clients.
• Works closely with a range of other XTB departments.
• Designs and develops an ecosystem of AI-based solutions.
• Builds internal AML and anti-fraud systems, as well as Customer Database.
• Focuses on higher service quality, greater security, and improved client satisfaction.
• Operates in quarterly cycles based on clearly defined goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in building Java-based microservices.
• Commercial experience with the Angular framework and solid knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• Ability to deliver according to requirements — translating business analysis into concrete technical solutions.
• Ownership and proactivity — taking responsibility for assigned tasks and proposing solutions.
• Commitment to code quality — adhering to the highest engineering standards.

• Experience integrating frontend and backend using gRPC.

• Experience working with Kubernetes / Rancher.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Experience working with design systems and reading Figma mockups.
• Practical knowledge of accessibility topics (a11y/WCAG).
