[Hiring] Senior Full-Stack Developer @Globaldev Group

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with a strong ownership mindset and hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor. This role combines backend and frontend development, architectural thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a modern microservices environment.

You’ll work closely with teams in Israel and Armenia, collaborating with Full Stack, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product teams to build scalable production-ready services.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, development, and support teams to solve complex product and engineering challenges.
• Build, maintain, and optimize services using JavaScript/TypeScript in a microservices architecture.
• Work closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Full Stack teams to bring prototypes into production.
• Design and maintain reusable internal libraries, shared modules, and development tooling.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices across services.
• Develop scalable systems using MongoDB, SingleStore, Kafka, AWS, and related technologies.
• Ensure technical alignment and effective communication across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools (Codex, Cursor, etc.), including MCP, custom .md files, and subagent workflows.
• 5+ years of commercial experience with JavaScript/TypeScript across backend and frontend development.
• Strong production experience with Node.js and React.
• Experience working with AWS cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service-to-service communication.
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka and SNS/SQS.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Amazon DocumentDB, and SingleStore.
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs.
• Advanced English communication skills.
