Role Description

As a Senior Full Stack Application Developer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your programming and analytical skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. • Code, test, debug, implement and document moderately complex programs
• Analyze, design and write specs and reqs from which we develop and code programs
• Evaluate existing systems and programs; assist the project manager in assigning tasks and working closely with a team
• Liaise with clients and management to provide technical consulting on complex programming projects, validate program requirements and resolve issues that arise
• Develop test plans and participate in QA activities such as coding reviews
• Participate as a member of a development team and lead a small sub-team of developers as needed
• Design system components and delegate responsibilities to team members

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Experience Developing and Supporting Applications using JCL, Java, C, C++, C#, and .NET Technologies.
• 6+ years of Working knowledge of RDBMS Databases (SQL, Oracle, Linux environments), Testing Tools, Test Scripting, and Integrated Development Environments such as Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
• Understanding of Modern Software Development Practices, including Source Code Management, Object-Oriented Design, and Development Methodologies.
• Ability to Design and Implement Solution Components, Contribute to Solution Architecture, and provide effort estimates for tasks and projects.
• Experience supporting Medicaid Programs, including Eligibility and Enrollment Processes, with exposure to AI Tools and Technologies to Enhance Development and Operational Efficiency.

• Remote within the US with occasional travel may be required
• Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
