[Hiring] Senior Developer - Informatica IDMC MDM @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Informatica IDMC MDM Sr. Developer with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) implementations and integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IDMC (MDM SaaS), CAI, and system integrations with platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle, and Snowflake, along with a solid understanding of security models and data governance.

• Design, develop, and implement Informatica IDMC MDM solutions (Customer/Product domains).
• Build and manage integration pipelines between IDMC and systems like SFDC, Oracle, Snowflake, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop CAI (Cloud Application Integration) workflows, APIs, and real-time integrations.
• Configure and manage MDM match & merge rules, hierarchies, survivorship, and data quality rules.
• Implement and maintain security models, including roles, access controls, and data masking.
• Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IDMC applications and integrations.
• Support UAT, deployment, and production issues.
• Prepare technical documentation (HLD, LLD, API specs, mapping documents).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in MDM implementation, with strong hands-on in Informatica IDMC (MDM SaaS).
• Experience with CAI (Cloud Application Integration) and API-based integrations.
• Strong integration experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle (EBS/DB), and Snowflake.
• Good understanding of MDM concepts: match/merge, survivorship, data governance, hierarchies.
• Expertise in security configuration in IDMC (roles, policies, access control).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging patterns.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data analysis capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Reltio MDM or other MDM platforms.
• Exposure to Azure (ADF, Databricks) or similar cloud ecosystems.
• Knowledge of data quality and profiling tools (CDQ, Data Profiling).
• Domain experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences is an advantage.
