Role Description

• Blue Prism is a mandatory skill; need to have at least 5+ years of experience.
• Capable of doing multiple roles like Developer/TL/Architect.
• Blue Prism Certification is a must.
• Working together and openly sharing ideas, knowledge, and resources.
• Development skills.
• Interest in technology and Robotic Process Automation.
• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Fluency in English.
• Should be from a programming background with hands-on experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Tools – Blue Prism, OCR Tools.
• Having AI/ML knowledge is good but not mandatory.
• Should have web development skills (HTML, CSS).
• Experience on any Process Automation/Integration IT Projects is preferred.
• Good communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to talk to clients and gather business requirements.
