[Hiring] Senior Bioinformatics Engineer @Atos

Role Description

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in managing a team with at least 3-4 bioinformatics programmers
• Expert programmer in at least one language, with experience working in production environments (strong preference for R, Python, and Java)

Requirements

• Experience with R, Python, Cloud computing services (AWS), and analytics/visualization software (Spotfire) is preferred
• Extensive experience with data modeling for analytical applications
• Strong in Unix shell/Perl scripting
