[Hiring] Senior Backend Engineer @AgileEngine

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Backend engineering: Java OR Python
• REST API integration and webhook development
• Salesforce platform development OR API integration experience
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA
• Upper-intermediate English level

Requirements

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices)
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules)
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog (GTMDR project)
