Role Description

Join ONETEEM Tunisia as a Senior Atlassian Cloud Engineer & Consultant (Forge). The role is fully remote within Tunisia: Tunis, Sfax, Monastir, Sousse, or anywhere with a connection you trust.

• Design and build private Atlassian Forge apps with Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Shape solutions with consultants and engineers, bringing the technical perspective in early
• Integrate Atlassian Cloud with client systems through REST and GraphQL APIs
• Architect Jira and Confluence solutions for complex multi-team environments, from project and permission models to scaled schemes
• Engineer workflows and process automation in Jira and Confluence Cloud, and know when a rule should become code
• Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements analysis alongside the delivery team
• Build custom Rovo agents on Forge, with Forge actions that connect them securely to client data and systems
• Assess Marketplace apps such as ScriptRunner, Tempo, JSU, Assets, Advanced Roadmaps, and Comala, and bring a reasoned build-or-buy recommendation
• Ship through shared deployments, CI/CD pipelines, environments, and versioning
• Review your colleagues' code and have yours reviewed, and raise our testing and quality standard
• Write the technical documentation and runbooks that let anyone pick up the project tomorrow
• Run enablement sessions so clients can operate what we built
• Deliver Cloud migrations and environment consolidations with the delivery team
• Build internal tooling and reusable components that make the next project faster
• Share what you know, from mentoring juniors to writing up a new pattern

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack development with Node.js, React, and TypeScript
• Hands-on Forge experience, or comparable cloud app development you can transfer quickly
• 3+ years working directly in Atlassian Cloud (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Deep Jira configuration knowledge: workflows, screens, fields, permission and notification schemes, issue types
• A solid grasp of REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, JSON, and secure app design
• Experience delivering client projects in a team, with the architecture decisions, deadlines, and stakeholder conversations involved
• The habit of thinking out loud: you explain your reasoning, ask before assuming, and change your mind when a colleague has the better argument
• Proven remote working: clear writing, problems flagged early, team kept in the picture
• The judgement to turn a business requirement into the simplest solution that survives in production
• Excellent English, spoken and written, as you will be in front of clients regularly
• Comfort in an international environment with shared accountability for results
• A reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls

• Apps you have published on the Atlassian Marketplace
• Atlassian certifications (ACP-620, ACP-120, ACP-420, or similar)
• Connect apps or Data Center APIs
• Depth in Jira Service Management: ITSM workflows, SLAs, queues, portals
• Atlassian Access and organization-level security policies
• Confluence space design, templates, and governance frameworks
• Advanced Roadmaps and portfolio-level planning
• Agile, SAFe, ITSM, or DevOps practice experience
• LLM APIs used in production, with enough scepticism to test what they produce
• German language skills
