Role Description

The Application Programmer will provide experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations. This role supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of computer programs to ensure applications meet user and system requirements.

• Work with systems analysts and designers to research and document requirements.
• Analyze objectives and translate solutions into detailed program specifications.
• Assist with program design and modifications.
• Support testing, documentation, and reporting to ensure the smooth sustainment of system software applications.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of total work experience developing.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models.
• Experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc., with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform-based development.

Requirements

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
• Certification: MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (to be obtained within 3 months after the onboarding start date).
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
