Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Android development experience in production environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin (mandatory) and strong experience with Java
• Proven experience building and maintaining complex, production-scale applications
• Deep understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM / MVI / MVP) and ability to apply them correctly
• Strong experience with Android Jetpack (including Compose) and Coroutines
• Advanced knowledge of Gradle, build configurations, and dependency management
• Hands-on experience with Dependency Injection frameworks (Koin preferred)
• Proven experience working with RESTful APIs (Retrofit, OkHttp)
• Strong understanding of data persistence (local DBs, caching strategies, data flows)
• Solid experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated delivery processes
• Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps in the Google Play Store
• Ability to take full ownership of features — from product definition to production, independently

• Experience working in cross-functional environments and driving alignment
• Comfortable working with AI tools to improve development efficiency
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong Git experience and clean development practices
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent — strong advantage
