Role Description

This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, or delivery of projects, processes, or programs using knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education or equivalent work experience.

• Manage or perform work associated with analysis, design, implementation, operation, deployment, and support of the organization's information technology resources.
• Develop information technology strategies, policies, and plans.
• Maintain and use information technology resources; train and support technology users.
• Plan telecommunications networks, operations, and site acquisition.
• Program software/database products for sale to external customers.
• Design, build, and improve enterprise systems and processes including ERP, MES, CRM, and others.
• Determine business needs through process analysis and consultation.
• Design customized solutions, monitor performance, ensure continuous improvement, and integrate technologies and processes with existing systems.
• Provide consulting across the business as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year university degree
• At least 5 years of prior relevant experience
• Deep understanding of theoretical concepts and principles of a discipline and how they relate to other areas of the business
