Qualifications

• Experienced in Salesforce Flow design and Apex Programming
• Strong knowledge of the Sales Force Service Cloud module and experience with email to case logic
• Design and execute customized solutions leveraging the SFDC toolset utilizing best practices
• Maintain and enhance quality of systems and data through effective design, maintenance, and security in the Salesforce.com instances
• Integration of Salesforce with various systems through APIs
• Knowledge around CTI flows is a plus
• Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico

• Adherence to best practices: Actively follows the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices while experimenting with emerging technologies to anticipate future impacts
• Application and systems support: Responsible for the development, maintenance, testing, and integration of applications and systems that support business operations

Benefits

• Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
• Engineer I: $95,000 - $115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
• Engineer II: $115,000 - $130,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
