[Hiring] Salesforce Developer @Poland and Middle-Eastern Europe

Role Description

You will be:

• Contributing to refinement sessions, providing technical input and supporting effort estimation.
• Contributing to solution design and technical decision-making.
• Developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flow, LWC, and Aura.
• Working with Platform Events and Bulk API.
• Performing unit and integration testing and maintaining at least 80% code coverage.
• Preparing required quality and release gate evidence.
• Maintaining technical documentation.
• Supporting CAB submissions and the release process.
• Providing release and deployment support.
• Investigating and resolving defects identified during UAT and hypercare.
• Working closely with other members of the Agile team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Fluent Italian - is a must have.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Apex
  • SOQL
  • Salesforce Flow
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Aura Components
• Experience with Platform Events and Bulk API.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Ant-based deployment.
• Familiarity with SonarQube and/or Salesforce Code Analyzer.
• Experience with unit and integration testing and Salesforce deployment processes.
• Ability to work across the full software delivery lifecycle, from refinement through production release and hypercare.
• Good English communication skills.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Requirements

• Nice to have:
  • Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work.
  • Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
