[Hiring] Salesforce Application Engineer @Bright Vision Technologies

Role Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Application Engineer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.
• Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.

Requirements

• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred).
• Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing).
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
• Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
