Role Description

As our Product Engineer, you will help transform complex healthcare workflows into intuitive, AI-powered products that deliver meaningful value to users. Every day you will:

• Build full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to understand workflow challenges.
• Design user experiences that bring AI capabilities to life in simple, transparent, and trustworthy ways.

Here's what you will experience working as a Product Engineer:

• Building and delivering AI-powered products using React, Node.js, Python, and modern full-stack development practices.
• Partnering directly with customers, designers, and researchers to understand user needs and translate them into innovative product solutions.
• Designing intuitive experiences that make sophisticated AI outputs and automations easy to understand and adopt.
• Owning features end-to-end, from product ideation and technical design through deployment, iteration, and scaling.
• Helping shape the future of AI-native healthcare products by combining strong engineering execution with a product-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on React development.
• Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and Python.
• Demonstrated experience building and operating production-grade full-stack applications.
• Proven ability to own projects and features from requirements gathering and design through deployment and optimization.
• Experience collaborating closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Passion for AI-powered applications and an eagerness to incorporate AI into real-world workflows and business processes.

Requirements

• Visual design skills (Figma, Illustrator) - Bonus.
