Role Description

We are looking for a Lead, GTM Engineering and Architecture to drive the technical vision, design, and implementation of our next-generation systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows for our go-to-market teams. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead technical initiatives across Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code, and the broader GTM technology stack to architect scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

This is a strategic leadership and hands-on builder role. You will partner with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations to define the technical roadmap, identify process bottlenecks, and design architectural frameworks. The right person will have an expert-level Salesforce foundation, extensive development credentials, deep experience with scalable architecture, a strong vision for how AI transforms GTM operations, and a passion for mentoring technical talent.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and Lead: Design the enterprise architecture for our go-to-market systems and lead the implementation of AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Advanced Development: Architect, build, and oversee advanced Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, APIs, and other platform capabilities.
  • Scalable Design: Drive scalable system design using object-oriented programming principles and enterprise architecture best practices.
  • Integration Strategy: Own the strategy and technical delivery of integrations across the GTM stack using middleware (Workato, Zapier), APIs, and webhooks.
  • AI Integration: Leverage Claude Code and other AI development tools to rapidly prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions.
  • Data Modeling: Design enterprise data models and advanced scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and complex lead/account scoring.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with GTM leadership to map strategic business goals to technical requirements and system designs.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and provide technical guidance to GTM engineers and administrators, establishing best practices for code reviews, sprint planning, documentation, testing, and deployment cycles.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Business Systems Architecture, or a similar advanced technical role.
  • Expert-level, hands-on Salesforce architecture experience, including complex data modeling, API integrations, advanced automation, and security frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading technical projects and architecting solutions across a multi-platform GTM tech stack.
  • Deep expertise in object-oriented programming (Apex, Python, JavaScript) and modular design.
  • Extensive experience building enterprise integrations using Workato, Zapier, JSON, REST APIs, and middleware.
  • Experience designing or configuring advanced AI solutions (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce).
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguous executive requirements into technical blueprints.
  • Excellent technical communication and documentation skills, with a track record of driving system adoption.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect).
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Advanced experience with Model Context Protocol, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or semantic search.
  • Experience implementing strict CI/CD pipelines using Git, Gearset, Salesforce CLI, or similar tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of GTM platforms such as Clay, LeanData, Gainsight, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Clari.
  • Experience managing signal-based selling strategies and propensity modeling at an enterprise scale.

Benefits

  • Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, health benefits, and unlimited PTO.
  • Parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!
  • The estimated total compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $220,000 (base plus bonus).
  • Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range.
  • In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
