[Hiring] Oracle EBS Manufacturing Techno-Functional Principal Consultant @Infosys

Role Description

Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Manufacturing Techno-Functional Principal Consultant with knowledge and experience in manufacturing modules. The position will primarily be responsible for application upgrades Oracle EBS R12 version 12.2.6 to 12.2.14. The selected candidate should be able to perform end‑to‑end upgrade activities including:

• Requirement gathering
• Solution design
• Configuration
• Testing
• Deployment

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business processes
• Configuring Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, MSCA, Costing, Depot Repair)
• Noting lessons learnt
• Sharing domain knowledge with teammates
• Performing mapping for application upgrade
• Ensuring seamless cross‑module integration
• Providing user training of modified forms
• Preparing documentation
• Driving UAT
• Supporting cutover/go-live
• Delivering hypercare

The candidate must have strong techno-functional expertise in manufacturing modules and ERP best practices, with proven experience of delivering Oracle EBS R12 upgrade in complex, multi-site setup.

Qualifications

• Location for this position is Anywhere in the US
• This position may require travel to client/project location
• 11 years of Information Technology experience
• Experience in Oracle EBS R12 manufacturing modules
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• Experience of minimum one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade - end-to-end implementation
• Knowledge of system integrations and batch scheduling
• Understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes

• Understanding of various business processes in respective domain
• Demonstrated experience in testing integrations with external and internal systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with business users
• The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time
• Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face
• Travel may be required as per the job requirements
