[Hiring] Odoo Functional Consultant @Resemble Systems

Role Description

We are now expanding our Odoo Implementation Team and seeking a Certified Odoo 19 Functional Developer to join our dynamic team delivering world-class ERP projects across the Middle East.

• Implement and configure various Odoo ERP modules including:
  • Website
  • eCommerce
  • CRM
  • Sales
  • Purchase
  • Project
  • Timesheet
  • Accounting
  • Inventory
  • MRP
  • HR
  • Survey
  • Marketing
  • POS
  • Spreadsheet
  • Studio
• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Customize and optimize Odoo workflows, menus, and reports as per client needs.
• Support data migration from legacy systems and ensure system integrity.
• Collaborate with development teams to design custom modules and integrations.
• Provide user training and prepare detailed technical and functional documentation.
• Continuously learn and adopt Odoo’s latest features, upgrades, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Odoo 19 Functional Certification
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in implementing Odoo ERP systems.
• Strong expertise in multiple Odoo modules mentioned above.
• Proven experience in Odoo migrations and multi-company, multi-currency environments.
• Excellent understanding of business processes (Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Familiar with PostgreSQL, Python (basic), and Odoo Studio.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
