[Hiring] Network Solutions Architect – AI & Infrastructure @Inflect

Role Description

As the Network Solutions Architect – AI & Infrastructure at Inflect, you are responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing the enterprise-class network solutions that power our marketplace. This role reports directly to our VP of Partnerships and combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, bridging global supplier offerings with complex customer requirements.

This isn't a role for someone who just wants to draw diagrams; it’s for an architect who understands the physics and economics of global connectivity. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate capabilities into actionable, high-value solutions for:

• NEO Clouds
• Hyperscalers
• IoT companies
• Fortune 500 enterprises

You ensure that when a customer looks to Inflect for infrastructure, they are met with a network architecture that is operationally bulletproof.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of global infrastructure, sub-sea/terrestrial fiber, colocation interconnects, and carrier-grade networking.
• Proven ability to craft end-to-end architectures for hyperscalers and enterprise clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality, accuracy, and marketplace readiness.
• Ability to translate technical networking capabilities into business value and actionable marketplace insights.
• Familiarity with network data modeling and AI-driven intelligence systems.
