Role Description

Providing application support (L2/L3) for applications built on Java.

• Familiar working on Linux/Windows + AWS Cloud environment as the applications are hosted on these environments.
• Flexible to work on weekends for Production deployments and On-Call support for Weekends if needed.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills while working on support tickets.
• Good understanding of AWS concepts such as ECS, Message Queues, Cloud Watch, etc.
