[Hiring] Lead Salesforce Techno-Functional Analyst @Nextpower

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce (SFDC) Techno-Functional Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise and technical proficiency to lead solution design, drive implementations, and support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement walkthroughs
  • Design end-to-end business processes across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
  • Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business goals and best practices
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce capabilities
• Technical Responsibilities
  • Design and oversee Salesforce customizations (Apex, Lightning, APIs, integrations)
  • Review and guide development work, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to standards
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems
  • Support data migration, data quality, and data governance initiatives
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, admins, and business analysts
  • Drive Agile delivery (Sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews)
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and within scope
  • Work closely with product owners and project managers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8–12+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce
• Proven experience in techno-functional roles within Salesforce projects
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations or enhancements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
• Proficiency in: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Validation Rules, Security Model)
• Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical design
• Experience with stakeholder management and requirement elicitation

Certifications (Preferred)

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
• Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant

Nice to Have

• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud
