Role Description

The Junior Zoho Developer and System Administrator drives the foundation by optimizing workflows, integrations, and data systems. Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in systems automation and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and workflow automation
• Basic experience with Deluge scripting and Zoho Client Script
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth 2.0
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with JSON and API integrations
• Experience connecting SaaS platforms

Requirements

• Familiarity with Zoho Analytics
• Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Support
  • Assist in administration and maintenance of Zoho applications including CRM, Analytics, Desk, Forms, and Xero
  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve technical problems promptly
  • Maintain workflows, automation rules, validation rules, and configurations
  • Perform routine system monitoring
• Development & Automation
  • Build and maintain workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations
  • Assist in developing applications using JavaScript and Deluge
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes
  • Create and update reports in Zoho Analytics
• Integrations & Data Management
  • Support integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth
  • Work with JSON data structures and API responses
  • Assist with data migration, imports, and cleansing
  • Write and execute SQL queries for reporting and validation
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize CRM processes
• Documentation & Training
  • Maintain documentation for systems and workflows
  • Assist in onboarding and training users
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders
