Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and dedicated Junior Zoho Developer to join our technical operations team on a 100% remote basis. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining our enterprise applications and client automation setups.

• Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho One suite applications, specifically Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit.
• Build custom workflow automation rules, blueprints, and functions inside Zoho CRM.
• Successfully integrate 3rd party applications, specifically configuring the WhatsApp Business Cloud API through Meta.
• Create automated email and notification templates linked to system milestones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in Zoho CRM implementation and development.
• Deep practical understanding of Zoho workflow rules, alerts, and field updates.
• Experience with Meta Developer Console for WhatsApp Cloud API integration is a major advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, high-speed internet setup, and availability to work under flexible hours.
