[Hiring] Junior Front-End Developer @Recruitment Loop

Role Description

We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Developer with initial commercial experience and exposure to CMS or eCommerce systems. You will work closely with our development team and project managers to deliver high-quality websites and marketing platforms for international clients.

• Implementing front-end views based on Figma designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Customizing and developing themes/templates within HubSpot CMS
• Supporting ongoing development and optimization of client websites
• Ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborating with developers and project managers to deliver tasks on time
• Participating in code reviews and continuously improving code quality

Qualifications

• Basic commercial experience as a Front-End Developer (internship, freelance, or junior position)
• Experience working with at least one CMS or eCommerce platform (e.g., HubSpot CMS, WordPress, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 basics)
• Understands responsive design principles
• Pays attention to detail and cares about clean, structured code
• Communicates well in English (B2+ at least)
• Communicates well in Polish (C1/C2 required)
• Is proactive and eager to learn

Requirements

• Experience with Git (nice to have)
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization (nice to have)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals (nice to have)

• Online conversation with our recruiter – an introduction to 6Minded, the role, and a discussion about your expectations and experience.
• Small recruitment task (to complete at home) – a practical front-end task to assess your coding style, problem-solving skills, and approach to working with CMS/templates.
• Meeting with the Development Team – discussion about your solution, technical decisions, and your previous experience.
• Meeting with the Project Manager and CEO – final conversation focused on culture fit, collaboration style, and long-term growth.
