[Hiring] Java Backend Developer @Renmoney

Role Description

We’re hiring strong backend engineers to join several of our core engineering teams — Banking, Loans, Core Tech Platform, and Cards. All teams work on high-impact, backend-heavy systems that power key financial products and internal platforms.

Our stack includes:

• Java
• Spring Boot
• AWS (EKS)
• MySQL
• Kafka
• Redis
• Grafana
• Prometheus

These backend roles are not “just API glue” but engineers who understand how systems work under the hood, care about observability and performance, and want to build things that last.

Qualifications

• Real production experience in Java backend development
• Ideally with modern frameworks like Spring Boot
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments
• Experience building and supporting distributed systems at scale
• Writing production-grade code with attention to reliability, maintainability, and testability
• Fintech experience is a big plus, especially if you’ve worked on payments, banking products, etc.
• Fluent in Russian and English
