Role Description
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based backend applications and services.

- Manage sprint planning, effort estimation, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Support production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- REST APIs, Kafka/Messaging
- SQL/NoSQL Databases
- Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices
- Agile/Scrum delivery
- Stakeholder management and team leadership
Requirements
- Typically 8+ years in Java backend development with prior technical/team leadership experience.
