Role Description

Do you want to build the internal products a revenue team actually runs on, and do it with AI agents as your default tool?

• The market calls this role GTM Engineer, and the market version feeds the funnel: route leads, score them, wire signals between tools.
• You're a builder, closer to a founding product engineer for the revenue org.
• Every build is product work: identify the problem, understand who has it, and assess adoption of the fix.
• You won't get a technical spec; you'll receive a real problem from a real person and return with a recommendation.

What you'll do

• Build tools that the revenue team adopts: dashboards, data pipelines, ops apps.
• Build and improve agents for the revenue team, adding new skills and workflows.
• Develop sophisticated marketing tools to enhance pipeline visibility.
• Create internal sales tools: post-call follow-ups, demo environments, research, and competitive battlecards.
• Establish partner and customer operations workflows, including health reports and onboarding processes.
• Document what you ship and tie it to the problem it solved and who adopted it.

Qualifications

• You are curious and ask questions to understand the real issues before building.
• You have experience building agents and workflows.
• You are AI-native or eager to become so.
• You have product instinct and can translate business problems into technical solutions.
• You are intellectually honest and validate your work rigorously.
• You are a systems thinker, understanding the connections between Marketing, Sales, and CS.
• You are low ego with strong opinions and commit to decisions made.
• You are a finisher, delivering functional solutions quickly.

Bonus points

• You have built real internal tools with an AI coding agent.
• You have a side project or internal tool running in production.
• You have experience shipping something, analyzing its usage, and iterating based on feedback.
• You know when to use no-code solutions versus writing code.
• You are familiar with HR tech, compensation, or people analytics.

The interview overview

• Phone interview with a member of our Talent Team - 20 min.
• Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager - 45 min.
