[Hiring] Go Developer @The Vault

Role Description

We're looking for a Go Developer to join our engineering division of a financial group. We build products for investment and banking: client personal account, backend services, integrations with brokerage and payment systems, KYC/AML processes. We work in a small cross-functional team (PO, DevOps, QA, designer, backend and frontend), where every engineer influences architecture and product.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and evolve backend services in Go (microservices, BFF for mobile and web clients)
• Design and implement integrations with external financial APIs (brokerage platforms, payment providers, market data providers, custodial services)
• Work with event-driven architecture on Kafka and the ClickHouse analytical data warehouse
• Participate in design: discuss architectural decisions, write tech designs, conduct code reviews
• Ensure service reliability and observability: metrics, logs, alerts, participation in incident review
• Work with financial data security: authentication, anti-fraud mechanisms, regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Go development experience
• Solid knowledge of the standard library, concurrency (goroutines, channels, context), working with gRPC/REST
• Experience with PostgreSQL (or another relational DB), understanding of transactions and data consistency
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka or similar)
• Understanding of distributed systems principles: idempotency, retries, failure handling
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes at the developer level
• Habit of writing tests and working through code review
• Russian as the team's working language; English at a level sufficient to read documentation

Requirements

• Experience in fintech: brokerage, payments, banking, KYC/AML
• Experience with ClickHouse
• Familiarity with AWS (EKS, RDS, DynamoDB), GitLab CI, ArgoCD
• Experience integrating with financial APIs (Bloomberg/Refinitiv, brokerage APIs, Fireblocks, etc.)
• Experience with observability systems (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics/VictoriaLogs)
