Role Description

Join a growing GIS technology organization building scalable platforms for state and local government clients.

This role is ideal for someone who likes solving messy GIS integration problems, building reusable systems, and working directly with clients instead of sitting behind tickets all day. You'll support enterprise GIS environments, modernize workflows, and help move a consulting-heavy organization toward scalable GIS-enabled software products.

What you'll do

• Support ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Server environments
• Configure and maintain GIS applications and integrations
• Build REST APIs and backend GIS services
• Develop workflow automation using Python or ModelBuilder
• Support SQL Server geodatabases and spatial data workflows
• Troubleshoot GIS systems, deployments, and user issues
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Support SDLC planning, testing, and deployments

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise GIS applications
• ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, Online, and ArcGIS Pro experience
• FME Server and FME Desktop experience
• Strong JavaScript, SQL, REST API, and HTML5 skills
• Experience with Python and/or ModelBuilder automation
• SQL Server and enterprise geodatabase experience
• GIS integration experience with non-spatial systems
• Client-facing consulting or implementation experience

Requirements

• Azure or AWS experience
• ASP.NET or jQuery experience
• CI/CD or DevOps exposure
• AI or workflow automation tools exposure
• Public-sector or local government experience
