[Hiring] Full Stack Software Engineer @Digital Alpha Platforms

Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality software across the frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate backend services using Node.js and Python (FastAPI/Flask), and design reliable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure using services such as Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, S3, RDS/Redshift, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and AWS CodePipeline, while contributing to DevOps best practices.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability across web and mobile platforms.
• Monitor application health using logs, metrics, and tracing tools to ensure system reliability.
• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions and rapidly prototype features in agile development cycles.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and continuous refactoring to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external service providers to build secure integrations and implement reliable APIs.
• Support production systems by troubleshooting issues, contributing to incident response, and implementing reliability improvements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and modern software development methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend development.
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or cloud-managed databases including Amazon RDS.
• Experience with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application development.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation or AWS CDK).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Amazon CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• AWS Certifications are a plus.
