Role Description

This project focuses on building and maintaining a leadership development and organizational culture platform that helps organizations strengthen leadership capabilities and foster healthier workplaces. The platform is powered by a structured leadership framework designed to assess, develop, apply, and measure leadership effectiveness at the individual, team, and organizational levels.

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack React Developer to join a small, collaborative team. This role plays a key part in evolving a leadership development platform, with strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and user experience. Candidates who can work overlapping US business hours are preferred, though exceptional candidates with partial overlap will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust user-facing features using ReactJS
• Architect and optimize scalable backend systems and data models using PostgreSQL
• Develop responsive, consistent, and modern interfaces using Tailwind CSS
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and innovation
• Work closely with team members to plan, design, and deliver high-impact features

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in ReactJS, with a proven ability to build complex, production-ready web applications
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including database architecture, performance optimization, and data integrity
• Advanced experience using Tailwind CSS or utility-first CSS frameworks for responsive UI development
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance development workflows and outcomes

Preferred (Not Required)

• Hands-on experience with Remix IDE
• Practical experience building applications using NextJS
• Exposure to leadership development platforms, learning systems, or related domains is a plus
• Relevant certifications or professional training are advantageous, but not mandatory
