Role Description

Jalasoft is seeking a talented Full-Stack Lead/Senior Developer with expertise in C# and Angular to lead and contribute to the development of high-impact software solutions. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing project architecture
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Mentoring developers
• Actively participating in both backend and frontend development

Your technical and leadership skills will be essential in driving project success and delivering scalable, maintainable applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience building complex, enterprise-level systems
• Proven experience building scalable and distributed applications
• Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Frontend development experience with Angular and TypeScript
• Strong experience working with Azure cloud services
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
• Experience with testing practices (TDD and/or BDD)
• Production experience including debugging, logging, and observability
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring
• Ability to balance development, architecture, and leadership responsibilities
• Hands-on engineer with strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable working across the full stack (backend + frontend)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Experience in the financial industry (Nice-to-Have)
• Familiarity with feature flags and observability tools (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience with no/low-code integrations (e.g., banking connectors) (Nice-to-Have)
• Experience with on-call rotations and production support (Nice-to-Have)
• Knowledge of security and performance testing (Nice-to-Have)
