[Hiring] Full-stack Engineer @Poland and Middle-Eastern Europe

Role Description

The role will focus on building scalable, high-performing LLM capabilities that integrate seamlessly into business workflows. We build tools and frameworks that make it easy for teams to tap into the power of LLMs on their own. The goal is to stay ahead of emerging trends and ensure our solutions remain innovative while directly aligned with the evolving needs of the business.

• Enthusiastic mid-senior level engineer with experience working across a modern web stack.
• Professional experience in a server-side language - Python.
• Professional experience building platform capabilities and APIs to a high quality level.
• Comfortable working as part of a team, getting involved from conception to delivery.
• Experience working on projects using infrastructure as code.
• Enthusiastic about learning new concepts, continuously improving, and opinionated about how you work.
• Solid experience with GSP.
• Solid experience with MLOps.

Qualifications

• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Requirements

• Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work (Nice to have).
• Interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches (Nice to have).
