[Hiring] Full Stack Engineer @Lattica

Role Description

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to help build the core product, infrastructure, and risk systems that power Lattica. You will work directly with the founders, become a crucial senior member of the engineering team, and own shipping features, improvements, and products from end-to-end.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious engineer to get in early, help shape the future of a novel financial system, meet similarly-ambitious and smart people, and have a hell of a lot of fun doing it.

What You’ll Do

• Design and iterate on Lattica's frontend product and backend architecture
• Improve and tune the risk engine underlying our margin and lending systems
• Own infrastructure, deployments, and system reliability end to end
• Help drive product decisions from idea to shipped code

Qualifications

• You have experience in backend systems, ideally at scale
• You have experience in UI/UX design, testing, and implementation
• You've worked with or have interest in quantitative/risk systems, DeFi protocols, or trading infrastructure
• You prefer to ship and iterate rather than “plan.”
• You have traded, used, or believe in the mission of prediction markets.

Requirements

• Major pluses if you have experience or specialize in DevOps, AWS, and/or GCP.
• Experience in statistics, data + feature engineering, and MLOps.
• You live in or are willing to relocate to Philadelphia (it's a great city, we promise).

Nice to Haves

• Experience working with blockchain and smart contract languages (solidity, vyper, etc.)
• Experience working with low level languages in production systems (C++ or rust preferred)
