[Hiring] FULL-STACK ENGINEER @Drs E&e Investment Llc

Role Description

We're looking for an engineer who can make an impact on the entire product: the mobile app, the web app, and the backend. You'll be the person who understands how the whole system fits together, ships features end to end, and keeps production healthy. If you've ever wanted the autonomy to work in a modern codebase and own a real product used by real people, this may be a great fit for you.

What You'll Own:

• The mobile app — our primary product surface. Booking, events, messaging, feed, referrals, and rewards, built on Expo / React Native.
• The web app — public booking flows, share links, and OG images on TanStack Start (SSR).
• The backend — a tRPC + Drizzle API over Postgres, plus cron jobs and third-party integrations.
• Shipping and uptime — releases through EAS and Elastic Beanstalk, and production incident response when it counts.

What We're Looking For:

You're comfortable moving across the full stack — building a native feature in the morning, debugging a query in the afternoon, and owning the release that ships both. Specifically, you'll need:

• Strong TypeScript, front to back.
• Production React Native / Expo experience — real builds, native modules, EAS, and the App Store release process.
• Solid relational data modeling and SQL — comfort with an ORM (Drizzle or similar) and schema migrations.
• An ownership mindset — you're at home maintaining a full-stack app, debugging in production, and owning your releases end to end.

Nice to Have:

• tRPC and the TanStack ecosystem (Query, Start, Router)
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience
• Realtime (WebSockets / Pusher), push notifications, and calendar/scheduling logic
• AWS media pipelines, Google Workspace integrations, or Supabase

Requirements

• Monorepo: TypeScript, pnpm workspaces, Turborepo, tRPC
• Mobile: Expo React Native, TanStack Query, Zustand, Supabase, Sentry + LogRocket, Pusher, push notifications
• Web: TanStack Start, Tailwind, shadcn / base-ui
• Backend: Express 5, Postgres, Drizzle ORM, AWS, Google APIs (Meet, Places, Calendar), Supabase, React Email

How to Apply

Email us at [email protected] with your resume and a short note describing something you've shipped and owned end to end. Links to code or products you're proud of are welcome.

Flexible work from home options available.
