Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build agent-facing desktop applications and backend services for contact center operations. This role involves:

• Developing real-time call handling interfaces
• Integrating voice authentication and fraud detection systems
• Building scalable cloud-native applications on AWS

Responsibilities

• Develop agent desktop interfaces for call handling, workflows, and real-time interactions
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
• Integrate applications with contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect
• Implement voice authentication and fraud detection integrations (e.g., Pindrop)
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB)
• Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, Splunk)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development and deployment
• Ensure secure coding practices and high-quality, testable code

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python and backend development
• Proficiency in React (preferred) and modern frontend technologies
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems (SNS, SQS)
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
• Understanding of telephony concepts (SIP, call flows)
• Experience with voice authentication/fraud detection systems (e.g., Pindrop) is a plus
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code
• Strong understanding of security best practices
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
