Role Description

We are seeking a Front End Web Developer who is passionate about building engaging, user-centric web experiences and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will help shape and maintain our global web presence by developing Drupal themes, supporting marketing initiatives, and delivering high-quality web solutions that drive business impact.

You'll work alongside a high-performing team of web professionals, marketers, and business stakeholders, contributing to projects that reach a global audience while having opportunities to grow your technical expertise and influence digital strategy.

What You'll Do?

• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's global web platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain Drupal themes and related front-end components.
• Partner with marketing, sales, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver digital initiatives, including product launches, campaigns, customer experience enhancements, and microsites.
• Translate UI/UX designs, business requirements, and functional specifications into responsive, accessible, and scalable web solutions.
• Develop and maintain landing pages, email templates, forms, nurture programs, microsites, and other digital assets that support go-to-market strategies.
• Manage web projects through the full development lifecycle, from planning and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
• Administer and support web applications within the marketing technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize websites and digital experiences for performance, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Support global SEO initiatives and implement web best practices to improve online visibility and user engagement.
• Research and implement new technologies, tools, and enhancements that improve web functionality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level websites.
• Strong proficiency in:
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript
  • jQuery
  • JSON
  • XML
• Experience developing responsive websites and email templates.
• Experience working with Drupal or other enterprise content management systems.
• Strong understanding of front-end development best practices, including accessibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle Eloqua, including email and landing page development.
• Experience supporting multilingual and multi-domain websites.
• Knowledge of SEO strategy and implementation.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital commerce websites.
• Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and IT organizations.
• Familiarity with marketing technology and customer engagement platforms.
