Qualifications

• Forward-Deployed Engineer I
• More than 2 years of relevant experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, revenue operations, or sales operations, with hands-on exposure to integrations, automations, or AI-assisted tools.
• Experience executing defined AI and automation use cases with guidance from Marketing Technology leadership and requesting teams.
• Ability to develop independence in work scoping, prioritization, and execution.
• Forward-Deployed Engineer II
• More than 4 years of relevant experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, revenue operations, or sales operations.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery of tools or integrations from prototype to production.
• Ability to operate independently across multiple embedded engagements simultaneously.
• Ability to triage and prioritize incoming AI use cases across Marketing.
• Experience mentoring Forward-Deployed Engineer I team members and contributing perspectives on technical direction and technology stack decisions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, revenue operations, or sales operations within a B2B SaaS or comparable environment.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, or equivalent marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Working proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript.
• Experience integrating systems through REST APIs, webhooks, or iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• Hands-on experience with LLM and AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, or similar tools within real business workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering and basic AI agent or automation design.
• Proficiency with structured data and SQL for data queries, validation, and transformation.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous or loosely scoped situations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical marketing stakeholders.
• Flexibility to move across projects and teams according to shifting business priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake or a comparable data warehouse and account-based marketing or intent platforms such as 6sense.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production Clay tables, including multi-provider waterfall enrichment, deduplication logic, and webhook or API-triggered workflows.
• Experience with two or more enrichment or intent data providers, such as Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, G2, or Bombora.
• Understanding of how enrichment and intent data support account scoring and signal-based prioritization.
• Experience mapping Clay or similar enrichment-tool outputs into Salesforce, including field mapping, object routing, and error handling.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience building or orchestrating multi-step AI agents.
• Familiarity with project or work management platforms such as Wrike or Jira.
• Experience productizing prototypes or internal tools into supported, broadly adopted solutions.
• Experience in a high-growth or private-equity-backed SaaS environment.
• Relevant Marketo, Salesforce, or similar certifications, alongside hands-on systems experience.
