Role Description

As a Flutter Developer at Bloxley, you'll be at the forefront of creating secure, intuitive mobile applications that make financial management effortless for users across multiple countries.

• Mobile App Development: Develop secure, scalable Flutter applications for iOS and Android that power our global banking platform.
• Clean Architecture: Implement Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to maintain modular, maintainable codebases.
• Security Implementation: Ensure fintech-grade security and data protection with secure storage, encrypted communications, and robust authentication mechanisms.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate REST APIs and backend services to deliver real-time financial data and transactions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
• Code Quality: Maintain high code standards through proper testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize app performance to ensure smooth, responsive experiences across diverse devices and network conditions.
• Feature Development: Build and iterate on features that handle everyday finances and complex financial operations.

Qualifications

• Flutter Expertise: 3+ years of production-level Flutter/Dart development experience.
• Architecture Knowledge: Proficiency with Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Security Focus: Strong understanding of secure mobile development practices including secure storage, encrypted communications, and authentication mechanisms.
• API Integration: Proven experience with REST API integration and backend service communication.
• Development Tools: Comfortable with Git workflows and collaborative development practices.
• State Management: Experience with Provider state management and GoRoute navigation.

Requirements

• Bonus Points: Native iOS/Android development experience (Swift/Kotlin).
• Familiarity with fintech compliance requirements (PCI DSS, GDPR).
