Role Description

As an Enterprise Applications & Automation Specialist, you will support and enhance New Era Technology's core business applications while driving AI-powered automation initiatives. This role combines enterprise application administration with hands-on automation development to improve efficiency, data quality, and business processes.

• Administer and support ConnectWise, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Manage application configuration, user access, system support, and documentation.
• Design and build workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive business processes.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT, Security, Data, and Architecture teams on automation initiatives.
• Support user training, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, PSA, or financial systems.
• Experience with ConnectWise, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and AI tools such as Copilot Studio or Azure OpenAI.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Azure AI, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.
• Experience in an MSP environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management practices.
• Experience with AI governance and enterprise automation initiatives.
