[Hiring] Endpoint Engineer II @HST Global, India

Role Description

The HST Global Endpoint Engineer II will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining standard images for multiple operating systems across various hardware platforms including POS.
• Providing ongoing vulnerability operational support including operating systems releases, upgrades, service pack installations, security updates, and any system change activities.
• Guiding the maintenance, upgrading, and troubleshooting of all aspects of the MECM environment.
• Encouraging automation by leveraging PowerShell and/or other scripting languages.
• Providing advanced troubleshooting testing and documentation based on live examples.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation stored within the team's knowledge base.
• Working with primary team leads and stakeholders for direction and communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience administering Microsoft MECM and MDT.
• Experience administrating MDM platforms such as Workspace One (Air Watch), JAMF, Patch My PC (good to have), and Intune.
• Experience administering Windows, MacOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
• Extensive experience with automation tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or other scripting languages is desired.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
• Help create and build system images.

Requirements

• A degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field from an accredited university and/or 3 to 6 years equivalent work experience is required.
