[Hiring] Developer Success Engineer @Twilio

Role Description

Join the team as Twilio’s next Developer Success Engineer for Stytch. In this hybrid engineering and customer success role, you’ll work directly with developers that want to learn how Stytch works, help them design an implementation, and answer any questions they have along the way. Throughout that path you’ll also be serving as the voice of the customer within Stytch and closing the feedback loop by ensuring their insights make it back to our Product, Design, and Engineering teams - or implementing improvements yourself. As the team grows, you’ll have more opportunities to contribute new features to Stytch and Twilio products through code.

• Ability to debug others' code (customer integrations, SDKs, open-source libraries) and ship small, well-tested fixes in an existing codebase.
• Familiarity with modern web services and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and effectively at all levels.

Requirements

• Experience with authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth), MFA, IdP.
