Role Description

MWDN is looking for a professional with experience in software development, particularly in C#, to join our team in the security domain. You will be responsible for:

• Leading remote technical sessions with customers to investigate complex software malfunctions, performance bottlenecks, and security gaps in real-time.
• Performing root-cause analysis on Windows-based endpoint systems.
• Designing and implementing code fixes (C#) or features to enhance product stability and meet specific customer requirements.
• Owning the entire lifecycle of a fix, from reproducing the bug to final deployment at the customer site.
• Influencing the core product roadmap based on recurring issues and customer feedback.
• Collaborating with the team that designs and implements the Endpoint Security Products solution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional development experience, primarily using C#.
• Understanding of Windows OS Internals (Processes/Threads, Memory Management, File Systems, and Registry).
• Proven track record in debugging complex systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to both IT managers and fellow developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure during remote customer sessions.
• Experience with Kernel-mode development (drivers), network protocols, or cybersecurity threat prevention is an advantage.
• Prior experience in operational security research, customer-facing incident response, or root cause analysis of in-the-wild threats is an advantage.
